The open plan layout results in a multi-purpose event space. Are looking for a space to organise a creative brainstorm, an intense strategy session or simply looking for a change of scenery? Ninour is here to help boost your ideas.


Custom made tables with wooden fishbone table tops set the tone for your event. They provide seats for 12 to 16 people, depending on the set-up. Tables set aside, the space can house over 50 people.


A breakout area has been realised in the heart of the room. Relax and enjoy a well-deserved cup of tea or a freshly made cup of coffee. Or enjoy one of our inspiring magazines.


Last – but definitely not least – the kitchen is connected to the garden and can be found in the back of the space.

  • Our space is designed for your most creative and efficient meeting. Think lots of natural light, all amenities you could possibly think of and lightning fast Wi-Fi. Booking our space for your creative event includes the following (for up to 10 people):
  • exclusive use of the location, 45m2 - living room vibe - ánd private garden 25m2 (from summer 2018)
  • HD beamer, SONOS sound system, flip-over, wifi and stationary kit (pen, notebook, post-it and markers)
  • fresh coffee, organic tea, flavoured water and sweet treats. Are you booking for over 10 people? Per person €5,50 (half a day) / €9 (full day)
  • a warm welcome and explanation through the space
  • Our basic rates for all the above are (for up to 10 people):

  • Half a day (4 hours) - €325
  • Extra hour - €80
  • Prep time (per hour) - €45
  • (We need some time to prepare for your booking. Therefore we’re happy to welcome you max. 15 min prior to the event. Need a little more time than planned? No worries, it’s free of charge up to 20 min after your booking. After 20 min we charge €80,- per extra hour.)
